Opt-Out

Important: Your SMS consent and mobile phone number collected for the purpose of text messaging will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. This data is used solely to facilitate communications between you and Spectrum Title Services, LLC.

6. RESPA & Affiliated Business Disclosure

Spectrum Title Services, LLC operates in compliance with the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) and applicable Florida law. To the extent we have affiliated business arrangements with other settlement service providers, such relationships will be disclosed to you separately in accordance with RESPA requirements. You are not required to use any affiliated service provider as a condition of our services.
